Logo is my favorite designing field. I have been dealing with it for 17 years .
Even the oldest designs made in "Arial" or "Times" despite the usage of these fonts and simple coloring method adjusted to the abilities of the polish printing houses of the time defend themselves quite well. Each year of work in the advertising field results in experience not only in designing one's own logo signs, but also in their practical application and resolving production designing and usage problems with logos created by another artists.
Milling in plexi and metal, vinyl foil plotter cutting, imprinting, sanding in wood, marble and glass, molding, laser cutting, CMYK offset printing, tampon-print, silk-screen, solvent and ink wide-format printing (from RIP), using signs on TV and computer screen are among the examples of technologies I have seen and have been working with everyday. Each order provided me with knowledge of how to design a good logo and what to avoid in the process of making it.
My current logo designs are characterized by
- high legibility of the sign in all conditions
- uniqueness and creativeness, adjusted to brief presented by client and his needs
- ease of practical realization of signs in different technologies - printing, cutting milling, etc.
- minimalization of mass realization expenses if indispensable
- taking into account associations symbolics and coloring
- research of basic heraldical, historical and cultural references
- possibilities of developing full visual identification system - Corporate Identity
Before realization of each order I ask the client for a detailed brief concerning current state and planned effect of the sign. Thanks to that, creating successful design is simpler and faster. Below you can see 20 selected logotypes, however full example of Corporate Identity project is available in Pos & prototypes.
