POS & prototypes
While designing POS elements I use:
- creativity
- analysis of the expense and time of the series realization and feasibility of the project
- knowledge of physical and mechanical specificity of such materials like:
- steel and aluminum sheets
- artificial materials - plexiglass, polypropylene, PVC, acrylic polystyrene and relational
- composite materials: aluminum+pvc (dibond)
- banners, tarpaulins or flags
- timber
- foamed polystyrene, styrodur
- glass and marble
- electrical and electronic elements
- knowledge of processing and processed technologies like:
- milling, cutting and drilling
- cut laser
- polishing and sandblasting
- pasting, clinching, stranding and folding
- powder(elektrostatic) painting and others
- hot and chill bending
- pressing
- offset printing, silk screen printing, ink printing, solvent printing (one and two sided)
- knowledge in the subject of colors available in the given technologies and standards:
- CMYK, Pantone
- RGB
- RAL, HKS and other industrial standard
- Coloring and specificity of foils like Oracal, Avery, 3M, Ultramark, Gerber and others
Since 1990 I have done personally thousands of charts inscriptions, signs caissons and other elements, however in the last 3 years I walk away from personal realization and installment in favor of designing and supervision of executives.
